terribledomains.lol (TerribleDomains™) is a trademark of GrandoWeb, a web studio based in Canada. This policy covers what we collect when you visit the site or send an inquiry.
2. Information you give us
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, the domain you are interested in, and your message. We use it only to reply and to negotiate a possible transfer. Submissions reach us by email through a third-party form relay; nothing is stored in a database on this site.
3. Analytics
This site runs no analytics and no third-party tracking scripts. Our host keeps standard server request logs, which we do not use to profile visitors.
4. Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage for tracking or advertising.
5. Third parties
Our server checks each submission for spam and rate-limits by IP address. The IP is hashed immediately and never stored in readable form. Delivery runs through a third-party email relay under its own privacy policy, and our hosting provider processes standard server request logs. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ask us and we will name either provider.
6. Retention
Inquiry emails are kept for up to twenty-four months so we can honour earlier conversations about a domain, then deleted.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have sent us. Email legal@terribledomains.lol and we will respond within thirty days.
8. Changes
This policy may change. Material changes appear in the date above.
