1. Agreement
By using terribledomains.lol you accept these terms. If you do not, close the tab and reconsider the domain you were about to buy.
2. Listings
Prices shown are asking prices, not binding offers. A domain may be sold, withdrawn, or repriced at any time before both parties sign a written agreement.
3. Inquiries and sales
Sending the form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract or reserve a domain. Sales complete through a separate written agreement and a registrar transfer, which set payment terms, escrow, and timelines.
4. Acceptable use
Do not scrape or overload this site, attempt unauthorised access, or use the form for unsolicited commercial messages.
5. Intellectual property
TerribleDomains™ and terribledomains.lol are trademarks of GrandoWeb. Site copy, design, and code belong to GrandoWeb. Domains are sold as-is; confirming that your intended use infringes nobody else's rights is on you.
6. No warranty
The site and the domains are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. The names are bad on purpose. That is the product.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrandoWeb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this site or a domain bought through it, including lost profits and lost dignity.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
